When i submit my request to get token on the sandbox the it stuck. When I do it on Postman or cUrl it return to me error 500 with an ActiviId. Don't know how to resolve this issue.

  looks like we all have the same issue with the token calls no matter the product. Did you get it to work?

  Do base64(userId:Api_key) ..... that will give you the token.

  Thanks for the support, I was doing bass64 conversion separately on each key before linking them with column. Now I receive another 500 Error "Login failed". The subscription key is auto filled and converted well, wonder what can cause this.
